You will use this to help you cook the ham.

Place the dish in the oven and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
Do not remove the fat from the slices and do not add oil or butter to the skillet.
Place the ham slices into the baking dish and cover the dish with foil.
The ham slices should be sliced to desired thickness.
Use enough liquid.
Trim the skin off of the slice.
For obtaining milder flavor equal parts of cola and water can be used.
You can also simmer it in 1 to 2 cups 240 to 475 milliliters of hot water for 1 to 2 minutes.
If ham seems too salty soak slices in lukewarm water 30 minutes before frying.
Check for doneness by cutting a slice of the ham and making sure it is cooked inside.
Remove saltiness from country ham by soaking it in water for 6 to 8 hours.
